Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have experience using QuickBooks and strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

                      Job Description


  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely statutory deductions and payments.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Maintain accounting systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, financial reporting, invoicing, payroll, and account reconciliation.


              Requirements / Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in accounting roles.
  • Must have knowledge and hands-on experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
