The ideal candidate will perform basic accounting and auditing tasks under the guidance of senior auditors.
Job descriptions & requirements
- . Sales and Purchase Invoice processing and filing.
- Payroll Processing
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Filing Statutory-VAT/NSSF/NHIF/PAYE/WHT/WHVAT.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Frequent Reporting to Management.
- Any other duties as may be allocated from time to time.
