Job Description/Requirements
Manage and process accounts payable (invoices, vendor payments) and accounts receivable (invoicing clients, tracking payments, collections).
Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized physical and digital financial records, including ledgers, journals, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements,and supplier statements to the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as income statements, balance sheets, and various financial reports for management review.
Support payroll processing activities, including verifying employee data, processing expenses, and maintaining confidential payroll records.
Help prepare for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information, ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and accounting standards .
Act as a point of contact for vendor and client inquiries, manage general office administration for the finance department, and prepare documents for mailing or filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional Accounting Certification, CPA part 2(section 4)
At least 2 years previous experience in similar / related finance function
Must be well versed with book keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, NetSuite).
High data entry accuracy and strong numerical aptitude.
Good computer skills with advanced Excel and Word.
