Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily purchases, stock levels, and consumption.
• Prepare food and beverage cost analysis and reports.
• Reconcile sales against purchases and inventory usage.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage.
• Support daily accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Assist with invoice processing, stock entries, and reconciliations.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or hospitality cost control.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience using Syrve software is an added advantage.
