This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Attachment (UNPAID INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT) located in Naivasha, Kenya. The role involves assisting with financial transactions, conducting account reconciliations, performing data entry, generating reports, and supporting management
Job descriptions & requirements
- Review and verify daily sales reports (cash, Mpesa, system)
- Highlight any errors, inconsistencies, or unusual transactions
- Assist in reconciling payments against invoices
- Track supplier balances and payments
- Maintain simple financial trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly summaries
- Ensure proper documentation for transactions
- Flag any potential risks or discrepancies
