Role Purpose:
To ensure effective placement, utilization, and maintenance of company-owned coolers and fridges in the market to drive product visibility, availability, and sales while safeguarding company assets.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales/trade marketing, preferably with cooler/fridge asset management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of asset tracking systems and basic technical understanding of refrigeration equipment is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Deployment & Management
o Identify and allocate coolers/fridges to high-potential outlets in line with company policies.
o Maintain accurate records of asset allocation, movement, and utilization.
o Conduct regular audits to ensure assets are properly branded, functional, and compliant.
2. Sales & Visibility
o Ensure company products are well-stocked, chilled, and displayed prominently in fridges/coolers.
o Negotiate with retailers for premium space allocation and exclusive product visibility.
o Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions.
3. Relationship Management
o Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to ensure effective use of assets.
o Train retailers’ staff on proper usage and care of company equipment.
4. Maintenance & Compliance
o Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of coolers/fridges with the technical service team.
o Ensure proper documentation for cooler requests, transfers, and retrievals.
o Enforce company policies on asset misuse, loss, or damage.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
o Submit regular reports on asset utilization, sales uplift, and market gaps.
o Track ROI on cooler deployment and recommend optimization strategies.
Salary: 120,000 – 150,000 gross
