Requirements: 

• Minimum O Level Qualification (Kcse Or Equivalent) With Cpa Part Ii Qualifications. 
  
• Bachelors Degree In Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Or A Related Field, Together With Cpa Qualifications, Will Be An Added Advantage.

Experience: 

• Minimum 3 Years Of Relevant Work Experience As An Assistant Accountant Or Accountant In A Manufacturing Environment. 
  
• Experience In A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company Will Be An Added Advantage.

Responsibilities:  

• Maintain Accurate Accounting Records And Ensure Timely Posting Of Financial Transactions. 
  
• Assist In The Preparation Of Monthly Management Accounts, Financial Reports, And Reconciliations. 
  
• Perform Bank, Supplier, Customer, And General Ledger Reconciliations. 
  
• Manage Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Processes, Including Invoice Verification And Payment Processing. 
  
• Support Inventory Accounting And Stock Reconciliation In Coordination With Production And Warehouse Teams. 
  
• Assist In Monitoring Manufacturing Costs, Production Expenses, And Cost Allocation Processes. 
  
• Prepare And Process Statutory Deductions, Taxes, And Regulatory Returns As Required. 
  
• Support Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cash Flow Management Activities.
  
• Maintain Proper Filing And Documentation Of Accounting Records For Audit And Compliance Purposes. 
  
• Assist With Internal And External Audits And Implement Audit Recommendations. 
  
• Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Accounting Standards, And Relevant Regulatory Requirements.
