Job descriptions & requirements
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
Ensure food and beverages are prepared and presented attractively.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist in opening and closing café operations.
Promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
