Barista/Barman

Description of work :
Greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, prepare and serve drinks.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, update displays and continually increase knowledge of food and beverage quality control, preparation methods and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Welcome Customer, answer questions and take orders
- Grind and mix coffee beans, prepare coffee and tea and serve drinks to customers.
- Point out Product differences and educate customers on brewing methods.
- Clean and restock workspaces and dining areas, empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils.
- Learn brewing methods, drink mixes, food preparation and presentation techniques to improve quality.
- Update signage and displays to attract customers.
- Take inventory and replenish products in the windows, at the tables or behind the counter.
- Work within a pleasant and dynamic team.
- Comply with all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Qualifications and Requirements :
- Diploma in Food and beverage, Hospitality Management.
- Experience of at least 2yrs as a barista
- Should have a training certificate as a barista.
- Perfect command of English.
