Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare consultations.
- Carry out advanced aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on clients' needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and client safety.
- Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare routines.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client files.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up to date with emerging beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a beauty clinic, spa, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment.
- Experience with advanced facial treatments and aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
