SALARY KSHS.20,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS

JOB LOCATION EASTERN BYPASS (RUAI)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Laboratory & Technical Support

·       Assist with equipment testing, preparation, basic operation, and demonstrations.

·       Support installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.

·       Conduct pre-delivery equipment checks.

·       Assist with technical documentation and product specifications.

Product & Customer Support

·       Understand the company's medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment portfolio.

·       Assist customers in understanding product features and applications.

·       Participate in demonstrations at hospitals, laboratories, clinics, research institutions, and other facilities.

·       Respond to basic technical/product inquiries and escalate complex matters.

Order & Delivery Support

·       Assist in coordinating equipment preparation and delivery.

·       Confirm that products supplied match customer specifications.

·       Support customer handover and basic product orientation.

·       Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·       Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

·       Relevant practical or laboratory experience is an added advantage

·       Basic understanding of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety practices

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Professional, organized, and attentive to detail

·       Strong interest in medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment

·       Willingness to learn technical products and develop customer-facing skills
