JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Clinician will provide quality outpatient and inpatient medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and follow-up. The role also involves performing minor clinical procedures such as circumcision, wound dressing, and suturing/stitching, while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC).
- Valid Practicing License.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
- Ability to perform minor clinical procedures, including circumcision, wound dressing, and suturing/stitching.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to work professionally and with minimal supervision.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
