Key Duties
- Deliver theory and practical training for HCA and Phlebotomy programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and skills checklists.
- Demonstrate clinical procedures, including basic nursing care and venipuncture.
- Supervise and evaluate students during skills lab sessions.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and competency records.
