Job descriptions & requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision makers, and build strong sales pipelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software or technology sales.
  • Proven experience selling solutions to financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, SACCOs, digital lenders, or other regulated financial service providers.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Understanding of the financial industry including regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B selling, enterprise software, compliance solutions, or financial technology products is highly preferred.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting gross salary: KES 50,000, Plus commission, with a salary review upon successful completion of probation.
