Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic, smart, and result-driven individuals to join our marketing and vendor
• acquisition team. Successful candidates will represent CRAVINGS “N” CRUISE in different locations, promote the platform, onboard sellers and business owners, assist vendors with registration processes, and support KYC verification procedures.
• This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, customer engagement, digital business growth, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote CRAVINGS “N” CRUISE marketplace platform to businesses and individuals
• Visit markets, business areas, shopping centres, and commercial locations to onboard vendors
• Educate sellers and service providers about the benefits of joining the platform
• Assist vendors with account registration and onboarding
• Guide vendors through KYC verification and documentation processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and business owners
• Meet onboarding and marketing targets
• Prepare daily activity reports
• Support brand awareness campaigns and field activation programs
• Provide customer support and respond to vendor inquiries

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and online platforms
• Marketing or sales experience is an added advantage
• Must be energetic, confident, and target-driven
