1. Possess a Certificate of Proficiency in the relevant field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
3. Demonstrated minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
4. Proven expertise in building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
5. Capability to work effectively in a diverse environment, managing relationships with both internal and external diverse clients.
6. Possession of professional certifications such as AIK would be an added advantage.
