Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager to lead our new team of about 20 employees and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in casino management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven track record of success in the gaming industry.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the casino, ensuring a seamless and top-tier gaming experience.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant gaming environment.

• Team Management:

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of gaming staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, emphasizing exceptional customer service.

• Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service, and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and licensing requirements from both County and National Government.

Collaborate with relevant regulatory bodies to maintain a transparent and compliant business environment.

• Financial Management:

Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Security and Surveillance:

Oversee the implementation of robust security and surveillance measures to maintain a safe and secure gaming environment.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Casino Manager or in a similar senior management role within the gaming industry.

• In-depth knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and industry trends.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Exceptional customer service orientation and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Computer proficiency in Office Applications(Excel, Outlook & Word)


Education and Experience:

College Diploma and above in any relevant field. University Degree an added advantage.

Over 4 years in Casino environment, most in mid-level to management position in the last 5 years.
