Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Virtual Debt Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding debts, negotiating payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with applicable debt collection regulations. A LAPTOP AND internet connection is a requirement for the job
Job descriptions & requirements
Contact customers via phone, email, SMS, or other approved communication channels regarding overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements within company guidelines.
Follow up on outstanding balances to secure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company's CRM or collection system.
Meet or exceed collection targets and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare collection reports and provide updates to supervisors as required.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
