Job Description/Requirements

As a Creative & Digital Support Assistant, you'll help with design, web updates, and general online tasks that keep our projects running smoothly. This is a flexible, remote role — ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and ready to support different parts of the business.

What You'll Do

Design & Web Tasks

  • Help build and update websites (mostly using Wix, WordPress, sometimes SquareSpace and GoDaddy)

  • Design graphics for social media, client projects, and presentations using Canva or other tools

  • Format proposals, pitch decks, and service guides

  • Upload content to websites and social media platforms

General Online Support

  • Assist with email follow-ups and light communication tasks

  • Help organize and manage files on Google Drive, Notion, and Zoho

  • Conduct basic online research or collect resources for client work

  • Support with scheduling, updating calendars, and preparing reports

  • Track tasks and project progress using Trello, Notion, Zoho, and Airtable

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • Canva (confident and consistent output)

  • Wix (basic working knowledge or ability to learn fast)

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)

  • Zoho (basic knowledge of CRM or projects)

  • Airtable (comfortable creating and using bases)

  • Good written and verbal communication

  • Reliable with time management and able to work independently

  • Access to a laptop and strong, stable internet connection

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or WordPress

  • Light copywriting or editing experience

  • Social media scheduling and content management

  • Familiarity with basic SEO, branding, or email marketing tools
