Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketer to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both digital marketing and the automotive industry, particularly with car accessories such as alarms, speakers, Android digital systems, and lighting solutions. This role requires creativity, strong technical knowledge of car accessories, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies to drive online visibility, sales, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with engaging content tailored to the automotive market.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and promotional material showcasing car accessories and installations.
• Manage the e-commerce/online product catalog for car accessories and ensure accurate, updated listings.
Car Accessories Marketing
• Conduct market research to identify trends in car accessories (alarms, speakers, Android digital systems, lighting, etc.).
• Work closely with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits through content marketing, blogs, and product videos.
• Develop partnerships with garages, car dealerships, and auto shops to increase brand visibility.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
• Respond to online inquiries and engage with potential customers via social platforms and email.
• Support customer education through tutorials, digital guides, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
• At least one years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on the automotive/car accessories sector.
• Solid knowledge of car accessories (alarms, sound systems, Android digital systems, lighting, etc.).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and Canva/Photoshop.
• Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, photography).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
