Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Managing Digital Platforms:

   - Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and the college website.

   - Ensure regular updates, engaging content, and brand consistency across platforms.


2. Developing KPIs and Targets:

   - Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking growth in followers, engagement rates, lead conversions, and other relevant metrics.

   - Set targets and goals for social media growth and track progress against these benchmarks.


3. Social Media Engagement and Enquiries:

   - Respond promptly to all social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and engaging manner.

   - Manage and maintain a positive online community through active engagement and interaction.


4. Event Preparation and Promotion:

   - Prepare digital marketing strategies and campaigns for college events such as Induction Day, Open Day, Webinars, Transition Parties, Graduation, etc.

   - Create event promotion posters, manage event pages, and engage the audience to maximize attendance.


5. Content Creation and Sharing:

   - Develop visually appealing content, including posters and graphics, for intake deadlines, events, and milestones.

   - Share event photos and highlights across social media platforms to showcase college experiences.


6. Partnerships and Collaborations:

   - Reach out to potential partners for collaborations and co-promotions, fostering relationships for mutual benefits.

   - Organize Instagram live sessions and partnerships to increase engagement and reach.


7. Consistent Brand Messaging:

   - Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring a unified voice and image for the college.


8. Identifying Trends and Insights:

   - Monitor industry trends, analyze insights, and capitalize on trending topics or discussions to maintain platform relevance and engagement.


9. Email Marketing and Bulk SMS:

   - Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences, nurturing leads and promoting college initiatives.

   - Implement bulk SMS strategies for timely communication and engagement with students and prospects.


10. Continuous Posting and Engagement:

    - Ensure a consistent and regular posting schedule on all platforms, maintaining audience engagement and interest.

    - Engage actively in conversations and discussions to enhance community interaction and loyalty.
