About the Role
Vector Afriq Properties Ltd — one of Kenya’s fastest-growing real estate brands — is looking for a Digital Media & Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team.
We’re seeking a creative, social media–savvy, and marketing-driven individual to help grow our online presence and generate leads through innovative campaigns and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
● Create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
● Design marketing posters, flyers, and digital promotional materials.
● Capture and edit photos/videos for property listings, ads, and marketing campaigns.
● Host or assist in video presentations and house tours for property promotions.
● Engage followers, respond to inquiries, and drive online interactions.
● Support the sales and marketing team in converting leads into clients.
Qualifications
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or IT (or currently pursuing).
● Strong interest or experience in digital marketing, content creation, and video presentation.
● Confident in front of the camera — able to host property videos and virtual tours.
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
● Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
● Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
