Driver Acquisition & Fleet Operations Coordinator

RJ Transport and Logistics Limited, a growing Nairobi-based ride-hailing fleet, is looking for a sharp, self-driven Driver Acquisition & Fleet Operations Coordinator. Your core mission is to build and maintain our pool of quality drivers and keep our fleet running smoothly. This is a ground-floor role that starts flexible and grows into a full-time, salaried position as our fleet expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, vet, and recruit high-quality drivers; build referral networks and keep a ready bench of trusted drivers at all times.
• Onboard new drivers, match them to vehicles, and support early retention.
• Supervise vehicle servicing and garage repairs; oversee work quality and report back accurately.
• Learn the maintenance side alongside our fleet supervisor so you can provide cover when needed.
• Record and manage fleet, driver, and servicing data in our digital management system.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong networks in the Nairobi driver and transport community, or the hustle to build them fast.
• A sharp judge of character who can tell a reliable driver from a risky one.
• High integrity and trustworthiness — non-negotiable, as you'll handle our vehicles, drivers, and garage relationships.
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy, and willingness to learn a digital fleet system.
• Fluency in English and Swahili; familiarity with the Uber/Bolt ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• A valid driving licence is a plus.
