Key Responsibilities
- Safe and reliable transport for executives
- Ensure punctuality and plan efficient routes
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
- Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Handle servicing, repairs, and vehicle documentation
- Maintain trip, mileage, and fuel records
- Observe traffic laws and company safety policies
- Assist with errands and assigned tasks
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Flexible to work outside normal hours when required
- Report incidents and emergencies promptly
- Maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of driving experience.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
- Ability to use GPS and mobile applications.
- Valid Kenyan Driving License.
- Valid Kenyan Motorcycle Licence (Class A2 or A3; A3 is preferred for commercial delivery riders/couriers).
- Must be above 26 years old.
