Job Description/Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator/lift sales or related technical sales
Strong understanding of elevator systems, components, and service contracts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Diploma or degree in Sales, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator market
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate quotations and project execution
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
