1. Purpose of the Role

To ensure timely, accurate, and compliant preparation, submission, and follow‑up of all export permit applications required under PPB regulations, supporting uninterrupted order‑fulfilment and partner satisfaction.


2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit export permit applications in line with PPB requirements, ensuring each application adheres to the item limit.

- Manage high‑volume applications efficiently to avoid dispatch delays.

- Liaise with QA Pharmacist to track progress, clarify requirements, and resolve queries.

- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records following CHMP’s quality and compliance standards.

- Coordinate with Account Managers and QA to ensure all documentation is complete.

- Monitor rejection trends and address process gaps to maintain a low rejection rate.

- Provide weekly reports on application volumes, timelines, bottlenecks, and status updates.

- Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to export compliance.


3. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or related field.

- Understanding of regulatory processes (experience with PPB systems is an advantage).

- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

- Ability to handle high administrative workloads under time pressure.

- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
