Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Issue supplies to various hotel departments.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Maintain an organized and clean store.
- Prepare stock reports and requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments on stock requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous Storekeeper experience in the hotel industry is required.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Ksh 25,000 – 30,000
