Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our mixed farm specializing in Chinese vegetables, goats and sheep, and poultry (chicken). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both crop and livestock management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable farming.

Job Description/Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a mixed farm or similar agricultural enterprise.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of Chinese vegetables.
- Manage the care, health, feeding, and breeding of goats, sheep, and chicken.
- Supervise and lead farm workers, assigning duties and ensuring productivity.
- Monitor farm inputs and inventory (seeds, feeds, veterinary supplies, tools, etc.).
- Ensure all livestock and crops are managed according to best practices and health standards.
- Maintain detailed farm records and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure maintenance of farm structures and machinery.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations.
