Job Title: Finance Junior Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Junior. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience, a CPA certification, and a degree in Finance. The Finance Junior will be responsible for assisting the finance team in various accounting and finance functions, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

● Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as entering financial transactions into the accounting system and reconciling accounts

● Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

● Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and provide insights

● Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards

● Help prepare budgets and forecasts

● Provide support during audits and tax filings

● Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures

● Familiarity or experience with accounting software such as SAGE, XERO, Quickbooks, etc.

● Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

● CPA certification

● 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

● Familiarity or experience with accounting software such as SAGE, XERO, Quickbooks, etc.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Detail-oriented and highly organized

● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
