Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business growth

  • Provide direct financial advisory to the Director and senior leadership team

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and risk management frameworks

  • Drive cost optimization, profitability, and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning

  • Lead audits, tax planning, and compliance processes

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)

  • Professional qualification such as CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent – mandatory

  • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role

  • Proven experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and business partnering

  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and advise senior executives and directors

  • Experience in high-growth, dynamic environments (e.g., FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled businesses) is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
