Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, provide strategic financial leadership, and support the successful delivery of property development and construction projects.

Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
➢ Minimum of 5 years’ relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
➢ Must have experience in real estate or construction.
➢ Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and tax planning capabilities;
➢ Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred;
➢ Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel;
➢ Strong analytical and financial management skills;
➢ Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills;
➢ High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong professional ethics.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, cash flow management, tax planning, and financial analysis;
• Establish and improve financial management systems and internal control frameworks to ensure compliance and risk control;
• Prepare annual budgets and cash flow plans, monitor execution, and conduct variance analysis;
• Manage company cash flow effectively and optimize the use of funds;
• Handle tax filing and planning in compliance with Kenyan tax regulations;
• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all financial reports;
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities;
• Provide financial insights and professional advice to support business decision-making;
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to enhance overall performance.
