Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thika for a Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies. The role involves analyzing clients' financial situations, providing tailored financial advisory solutions, and guiding them to achieve their financial goals. Daily tasks include consultations, reviewing financial objectives, tracking market trends, and generating reports on clients' financial progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance.
- Knowledge and experience in Retirement Planning and Investments.
- Strong expertise in Financial Advisory techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to build trust-based client relationships and work in a results-oriented environment.
- Understanding of market trends and the ability to develop customized financial strategies.
