Job descriptions & requirements
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience with supervisory responsibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Basic financial management and reporting skills
• Fluency in English and local languages such as Swahili
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service
• Lead, train, and support Food & Beverage staff to ensure high service standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and food and beverage cost control
• Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Manage schedules, labor costs, cash handling, and POS procedures
• Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and ensure compliance with hotel policies
