Job summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Hotel Cashier to support daily payment operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Receive and process customer payments accurately
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
- Handle cash, mobile money, and card payments
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
- Respond to customer payment inquiries professionally
- Support front office operations when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Degree/diploma in accounting, finance or Business-related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Previous cashier experience is an added advantageย
