We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to oversee hotel and camp operations in Naivasha. The role involves managing hospitality services, financial performance, marketing, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent guest experience while driving revenue growth.

REMUNERATION: Gross Salary: Ksh 40,000+ per month

Accommodation: Provision of 2-bedroom house

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To generate surplus income to support operational sustainability and subsidize community and youth empowerment programme activities through effective management of hospitality services in Naivasha.

SCOPE OF WORK

The position is based in Naivasha and covers camp and hospitality operations, including any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Relevant professional qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel operations across various departments.
  • Basic knowledge in Marketing and Public Relations.
  • Strong experience in financial management and personnel administration will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily hotel and camp operations in Naivasha
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Manage food & beverage cost control and inventory
  • Handle procurement, purchasing, and stores management
  • Drive marketing, sales, and revenue generation
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, and discipline
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of facilities
  • Prepare operational and management reports
