Key Responsibilities
● Conduct client consultations and regular site visits to assess spaces and gather requirements.
● Develop design concepts, mood boards, and floor plans.
● Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
● Create detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
● Supervise ongoing site work to ensure design fidelity and quality execution.
● Recommend and source materials, finishes, and furnishings.
● Liaise with contractors, artisans, and vendors for seamless project implementation.
● Keep up with the latest design trends, software, and materials.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
● At least 2 years of hands-on interior design experience.
● Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray or similar design/rendering tools.
● A keen eye for design detail, space planning, color theory, and material selection.
● Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
