Job Summary
Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join their real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design plans for residential & commercial properties. This role involves collaboration with Consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, market-driven interior spaces that align with brand standards.

Job Description/Requirements
● Develop interior design concepts for residential spaces within real estate projects.
● Create mood boards, design presentations, and 2D/3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
● Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with budget and aesthetic goals.
● Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and integration.
● Conduct site visits to supervise execution and ensure design integrity is maintained.
● Stay current with design trends and incorporate market-relevant interior styles that enhance property appeal.
● Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
● Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Requirements
● Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Proficiency in design and rendering software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, etc.
● Strong understanding of construction processes, space planning, and materials.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects.
● Knowledge of real estate market trends.
