Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with their business objectives. This role requires a professional who is not only technically proficient but also an excellent communicator and problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze clients' IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
● Provide strategic advice on technology solutions and best practices.
● Design, implement, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
● Conduct IT security audits and recommend measures to protect data and systems.
● Train clients' staff on new technologies and IT policies.
● Prepare detailed reports and proposals for IT projects and solutions.
● Stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) and a Diploma in IT from a recognized institution.
● Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT consultancy or a related technical role.
Required Skills:
● Proven experience in IT systems analysis, design, and implementation.
● Strong knowledge of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
● Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise software.
● Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
