Job Summary
The Role: IT Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our Blue Collar IT Services. This is a customer-facing role that requires a deep understanding of the IT industry and a passion for delivering innovative solutions and working together with our Software Developers to ensure the JoinBlueCollar.Com is working effectively and seamlessly to meet our clients’ needs.

Job Description/Requirements
IT Sales Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads, develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients in collaboration with the sales team.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their IT needs.
Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT trends, competitor activities, and your company's products and services to effectively position solutions.
Training: Well Knowledgeable with the Blue Collar System and can provide training of current and new solutions. Must break down IT Jargons for a normal person to understand them and must go for any continuing education for certifications as requested by the company.
Strategic Planning: Work with the sales leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
Collaboration: Liaise with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to COO.
Data Protection: Provide cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data protection skills and training.
Communicate, negotiate, and go above and beyond to ensure our clients are satisfied with any presentation and deals are made.
Research: understand client business challenges and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Tech Support Responsibilities:
Assist software developers perform a range of programming, testing and evaluation tasks according to Blue Collar requirements- that will include these roles:
Remain up to date with the latest trends in software development.
Contribute to planning meetings and respond to development suggestions as appropriate.
Research, write and test program code to a specific design brief.
Find and correct errors through a systematic program of testing conventions.
Assist in the production and updating of operation and procedure guidelines.
Contribute to discussions regarding legal and budgetary constraints.
Work together with Software Developers in giving a weekly report about the System to the shareholders and Board Members.
Must be on call 24/7 to respond to any technical questions regarding the Blue Collar System.
Ensure security and data protection within and outside the Blue Collar System are highly enhanced.
WORK HOURS & AVAILABILITY: Work Schedule: Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
