Our Client, a leading branding, promotional products, and manufacturing company based in Mlolongo, Nairobi, is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Key Account Manager to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts to achieve long-term business success.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of client orders.
* Monitor customer projects and provide regular updates throughout the order fulfillment process.
* Prepare and present account performance reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
* Experience within the branding, promotional merchandise, printing, signage, advertising, or related industries will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Valid driving license with a minimum of two (2) years of active driving experience.
