Job summary
<p>We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of a Logbook Relationship officer who resides in Transzoia County or is willing to relocate to Kitale town at the shortest time possible.</p>
Job descriptions & requirements
A favourable candidate should have at least 1 year of experience specifically in Logbook and Asset Financing. Direct experience with this product is highly valued. Experience in the banking and microfinance industry is widely desirable.
The candidate should be a proactive salesperson with strong analytical and soft skills to enable them to close the sale effectively, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. The candidate should be able to acquire new clients through direct sales, referrals, and field visits.
The ability to review applications and evaluate an applicant's ability to repay is paramount to this role.
Notably, the candidates should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, with self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills
The candidate should be able to monitor repayment behavior, proactively contact delinquent clients, and work with the legal team and other external debt collectors on recoveries or repossessions.
