Job Description/Requirements

Location:Western and Central Region

Lubricants Sales Executives Job roles.
•    Help develop and maintain new Oil Lubricants wholesalers, spare part shops, mechanics within your territory
•    Follow up and collect orders from the wholesalers, spare parts shops.
•    Submitting daily sales summary within your region
•    Submitting daily marketing reports for planning
•    Actively sell the Lubricants in your region and ensure all Wholesalers and spare part shops are well stocked with the Oil Lubricants
•    Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads to converting them
•    Serve existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan
•    Resolve customer complaints and queries with the help of the back office customer service team.
•    Submit orders and confirmed payments from the clients to the back office customer service team for immediate product delivery.
•    Complete market research and monitors competitor activity
•    Make recommendations to the customer for the available Lubricants brands
•    Maintains documentation of customer contact
•    Ensure the station maintains minimum stock cover and follow up on stations lubricants supplies

Qualifications for the Sales Executive Job
• An undergraduate degree in Engineering or related studies
• At least 3 years’ B2B sales experience. Technical sales background is desired
• Valid Driving License
• Good communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation skills and client service delivery focus.
• Candidates must have good experience selling Shell Lubricants, Total Lubricants, Oilibya Lubricants etc in the market
