Marketer cum Rider

KEY FUNCTIONS – MARKETER CUM RIDER

1. Market and promote the Company's purified, refill and packaged drinking water products to existing and potential customers.
2. Identify and acquire new customers including households, shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, offices, schools, institutions and other businesses.
3. Generate sales leads and orders through field visits, door-to-door marketing, referrals and direct customer engagement.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases, customer loyalty and long-term business.
5. Explore new markets and sales territories and identify opportunities for expanding the Company's water distribution network.
6. Take and follow up on customer orders and ensure they are accurately communicated and fulfilled on time.
7. Deliver bottled, packaged and refill water products to customers within the assigned territory using the motorcycle.
8. Collect empty bottles, containers and other reusable packaging materials from customers and return them to the Company where applicable.
9. Promote bulk and recurring water supply arrangements with businesses, institutions, events and other potential high-volume customers.
10. Collect customer feedback and monitor competitors, including pricing, products, packaging, distribution and promotional activities.
11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant supervisor.
12. Maintain accurate records and submit reports on sales, customer visits, leads, orders, deliveries, collections and market activities.
13. Safely operate and maintain the motorcycle, including routine checks on fuel, tyres, brakes, lights and general mechanical condition.
14. Ensure proper handling, hygiene and safe transportation of water products, protecting product quality, packaging and integrity during delivery.
15. Meet assigned sales and marketing targets while complying with Company policies, road safety regulations, customer service standards and operational procedures.
