Job Description
The Motorcycle Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting motorcycle products, closing sales, and providing excellent after-sales service. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through field and showroom sales.
- Promote and demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to customers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid riding license (Class A) is an added advantage.
