Job Description/Requirements

The ideal candidate will support our operations department in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Assist in the daily management of operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

·       Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

·       Maintain and update records, databases, and files.

·       Monitor and manage inventory levels and supplies.

·       Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

·       Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documents.

·       Support the operations team in various administrative tasks and projects.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.



Education and Experience

·       Administration Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Proficient in modern business technology platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       Proven experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role would be beneficial.

·       Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

·       Compliance and Integrity: Adherence to company policies and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
