Overview
We’re hiring someone to join our team and help run the day-to-day operations of a growing 7-room hotel. This is a hands-on role combining guest experience, operations, commercial performance, and basic finance/admin.

Our working style is more direct and structured than is typical in many hospitality environments.
We value clear, straightforward communication, raising issues early, and taking responsibility for outcomes. The team works closely together with minimal hierarchy, and everyone is expected to contribute to both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes work.
Responsibilities
- Guest experience: Handle check-ins, interact with guests, and resolve issues quickly and professionally;
- Commercial: Drive reviews, identify opportunities, and stay aware of occupancy and performance;
- Operations: Ensure rooms and property meet standards, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and support operations when needed (including occasional room preparation);
- Finance & admin: Track revenue, ensure bookings/payments are accurate, and maintain simple reporting and records;
- Communication: Provide clear updates, communicate directly with the team, and escalate issues early;
Profile
- Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality Management or similar;
- 4 years’ experience in hospitality preferably hotel or serviced apartments;
- Strong communicator, clear, direct, and responsive;
- Strategic thinker, you can build and deliver on a structured plan;
- Commercially aware and detail-oriented;
- Organised and comfortable with technology, finance & admin;
- Willing to be hands-on in daily operations;
Good fit if you

- Are willing to support operational tasks when required;
Not a fit if you
- Prefer purely supervisory roles;
- Avoid guest interaction or operational work;
- Are uncomfortable with numbers or admin;
