Operations Manager - Bridge Capital

Bridge Capital is a medium-sized company that has been in existence for over 14 years.
The company mission is to transform businesses to create wealth and jobs through provision of credit and business development services.
The company focus is to support medium enterprises to take advantage of business opportunities by timely access to credit and business advisory services.
The holder of this position will ensure the company operations are effectively handled and the growth strategy is implemented and will also develop his or her own loan portfolio.
Operations Manager The key duties are:

• 
  
• Management of staff to ensure they are motivated and targets are met
  
• Management of all company resources
  
• Ensure customers are served well and on time
  
• Lead in developing and implementing company strategy
  
• Ensure the company maintains a health loan portfolio
  
• Build and manage own loan portfolio
  
• Manage stakeholders
  
• Ensure the company is compliant with policies and laws
  
• Lead and manage a profitable company
  
• Report to the board and directors
  

Qualifications and Work Experience

• 
  
• A business degree from a recognized higher learning institution
  
• Experience in lending and debt recovery for not less than 10 years
  
• Must demonstrate a track record of good performance in previous jobs
  
• Experience in heading credit department for not less than 5 years
