Operations Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Officer to lead our import and export logistics and customs clearance functions. You will be responsible for supervising end-to-end customs clearance process, ensuring that all documentation and procedures strictly adhere to local laws and international trade regulations.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics operations, experience in a logistics company is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of Kenyan customs procedures, import/export regulations, and port operations.
4. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
