Job Description/Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments (sales, production, and dispatch).
- Monitor sales performance and push the team to achieve set targets.
- Oversee order processing, inventory control, and timely deliveries.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups, quotations, and documentation.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
- Look into locations for new offices and stores.
