JOB LOCATION:TATU CITY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load flour and other raw materials into the pasta production line.
• Adjust, arrange, and monitor trays of freshly produced pasta.
• Load pasta trays onto trolleys and place them into drying units.
• Transfer dried pasta trays to the designated packaging area.
• Monitor the packaging machine, including loading and offloading pasta.
• Prepare, seal, and label packaging in accordance with company standards.
• Package pasta into various selling units (e.g., retail packs, bulk packaging).
• Handle all products with care to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, irregularities, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality assurance protocols at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Prior experience in food production or packaging is an advantage
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle routine lifting and movement of materials
• Preferred candidates should reside around the Tatu City area
